Beautifully restored with eco-friendly materials, the 16th-century Grange de Blaye offers comfortable, modern living in keeping with the charm of Ardèche stone houses.
The main building dates from the 18th century and the Holiday cottage from the 19th.
Nestled in a natural, unspoilt setting at an altitude of 1170 m, you'll appreciate the peacefulness of this place.
Semi-detached from the owners' house, you'll enjoy your own private outdoor space.
Access to the Holiday cottage from the road via a small private path.
At the top of the path, you'll be seduced by the magnificent view of the Loire, the surrounding Forest, meadows and mountains.
You'll enjoy a terrace (under construction, the lawn has just been sown) to admire this verdant landscape (garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha).
Arranged over 3 levels, the ground floor features a living room with open-plan kitchen. WC.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with magnificent views of the countryside (1 with a 160 cm bed, 2 with 80 cm beds that can be twinned to form a 160 cm bed), shower room with walk-in shower and toilet.
On the upper floor, a spacious mezzanine under exposed beams for relaxing, reading or playing the piano (access to this room is reserved for the "alert" - steep Japanese staircase).
For your comfort, beds made up, towels provided.
Possibility of charging your electric vehicle (type 2 32A charging point).
Located a few kilometers from the village of Sainte Eulalie for basic shops, and close to Mont Gerbier des Joncs Sources de la Loire .
Cultural and heritage sites to discover, leisure activities to enjoy (hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in winter) and local produce to savor at the local Markets!
The Loire below the house is a renowned fishing area.

Très agréable
5/5Nous avons passé une excellente semaine fin février. Le gîte et le lieu sont propices au repos et pour se ressourcer. La nature est splendide, sauvage, et pour les gens qui aiment marcher, courir, randonner etc... c'est parfait ! Et la vue du gîte est magique !
Loin de la foule des grosses stations, nous avons été charmés !
Le gîte est chaleureux et très confortable, très bien équipé. On sent chez les propriétaires l'attention portée au respect de la nature, il y a beaucoup de livres à feuilleter sur place à ce sujet.

5/5La grange de Blaye est le lieu où séjourner si vous voulez profiter du calme, de la nature et vous coupez du monde .
Au pied du mont Gerbier des joncs et à quelques kilomètres du lac d'issarles ,sa situation est idéale.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte . Les propriétaires sont très charmants.
