You're in the hills above Chirols, a typical Ardèche village 10 kilometers from Vals-Les-Bains, where the Holiday cottage's terrace overlooks the valley. As soon as you arrive (via a small, bucolic road from the village to the house), you'll be seduced by the peaceful atmosphere of the place. The house is comfortable and spacious. On the same level: a large living room, a kitchen with dining area, a shower room, a separate toilet and a storeroom. On the 1st level, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with 160cm beds, 1 with 4 90cm beds, 2 of which are Bunk beds), a 2nd shower room, a 2nd separate toilet. The Holiday cottage is set back from a small road. It is a hamlet with several Semi-detached houses. Access to the Holiday cottage is via several outside steps (not suitable for handicapped people), with the exception of one of the bedrooms. However, access is possible via one of the terraces, but you'll have to take a footpath, which is a little longer! The Holiday cottage has a small, sloping, unenclosed outdoor space planted with trees. There are 2 terraces, one below the road, the other accessible from the living room and kitchen, with panoramic views of the Ardèche mountains. Garden furniture and a plancha will ensure you have a great time. There's plenty to do, including Hiking, canoeing and climbing..... Thanks to its geographical location, in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, you can explore the whole of the Ardèche and discover Mont Gerbier de Jonc, the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Ray Pic waterfall, Lake Issarlès, the Pont du Diable, the Grotte-Chauvet2-Ardèche... The Thermal baths at Vals les Bains or Neyrac are around 10 km away, with local shops 8 km away.
