Stone gîte located in the heart of the small village of Borée, in a very quiet, mountain setting. The village of Borée is famous for its volcanic juices, botanical and wildlife reserve (marmot colony), flora reserve (170 species of rare plants), hiking trails and the 'Tchier de Borée' - 70 planted rocks... Designed by Serge and Fabienne Boyer. Small basic shops in the village, ski resort and shops at Les Estables 15 km away, St Martial lakes, swimming and shops 10 km away. The gîte is on the first floor and benefits from a garden with barbecue and garden furniture, 10 meters from the gîte (non-adjoining garden located on the other side of the small, little-used road). Fully-equipped fitted kitchen, living room with sitting area (flat-screen TV, fireplace, sofa), shower room, separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds that can be twinned to form a large 180 x 200cm bed), electric heating.
