Outside, there's a covered terrace ideal for summer meals and barbecues, and a small shaded terrace with deckchairs for sunny afternoons. Inside, the Holiday cottage offers a beautiful air-conditioned living room, combining lounge, living room and kitchen in a modern, comfortable atmosphere.
Perfectly laid out on two levels, the ground floor features a 1st bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room with shower cubicle and toilet, and an office area for telecommuting thanks to fiber-optic internet access. Upstairs, you'll find two other bedrooms with a 140cm bed and two 90cm beds, as well as a second shower room with shower cubicle and toilet. For your convenience, bed linen and towels can be hired on request. Private parking space next to the Holiday cottage. The shared grounds are fully enclosed for added peace and security. The location of the Holiday cottage is a real asset for exploring the treasures of the region: discover the fascinating replica of the Grotte Chauvet 2 Ardèche, admire the characterful villages of Labeaume and Balazuc, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
