Just 10 minutes from the medieval town of Joyeuse, on the plateau separating the southern Ardèche from the Cévennes, in a garrigue setting with panoramic views, we welcome you to La Paradette, in one of our 2 Holiday cottages.
On-site, you have a Piscine to share with another Holiday cottage.
Holiday cottage 'La Frigoule' comprises a living room with integrated kitchenette and lounge area. On the night side: one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, one bedroom with 1 140 cm bed (+1 90 cm bunk bed for a 5th bed). Separate shower room and WC. Baby equipment available on request.
From the partly covered terrace, you have an exceptional view of the Monts d'Ardèche and plenty of sunshine thanks to the south-west exposure.
The gîte is pleasant all year round thanks to its underfloor heating and cooling system (aerothermal heating and air conditioning).
The Holiday cottage is not air-conditioned, but has an underfloor cooling system.
This house comprises the 2 Holiday cottages, with the owner's house opposite. He can provide you with a bicycle room. The property is fenced with private parking.
This is the ideal location for visiting the Mediterranean-flavored Ardèche and its exceptional sites: the Beaume gorges and its listed village, the Ardèche gorges and the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, the Chassezac valley and the Bois de Païolive... In the surrounding area, numerous markets bring the beautiful villages to life: Les Vans, Joyeuse, Largentière, Lablachère... Numerous cultural and leisure activities within a 15 km radius.

Swimming pool info: to be shared with 2nd Holiday cottage, size 7 x 4 m, fenced with security gate and alarm. Open from May to October, weather permitting (unheated), 1.20 m deep, treated with active oxygen chlorine.
