Perched in an unspoilt environment, the Domaine de La Grange invites you to enjoy a peaceful interlude with a remarkable panoramic view of the village of Labatie-d'Andaure and the Doux valley. This stone hamlet comprises two independent Holiday cottages in the privileged setting of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. You'll enjoy a shared Piscine and an exceptional panoramic view that accompanies every moment of your stay. Outside, two private terraces allow you to fully enjoy the scenery: a covered terrace, ideal for meals in any season, and a vast panoramic terrace. Both are equipped with garden furniture, chiliennes and a gas barbecue. From October to April, you can relax in the wood-heated Nordic bath (at an additional cost and with advance booking to allow for preparation). Fully renovated, the Holiday cottage combines the charm of stone with contemporary comforts. On the first floor, you'll find a lovely, light-filled living room featuring a quality, fully-equipped kitchen with central island, a dining area and a living room with wood-burning stove and TV. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet completes this level. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 160 x 200 cm bed, the other with a 140 x 190 cm bed. From the Holiday cottage, head straight for the Hiking trails or the banks of the Doux. You can also discover Desaignes, a village full of character, Lamastre and its Markets, the Ardèche Train, the Boucieu-le-Roi Velorail, the Dolce Via and Lake Devesset. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied. Optional end-of-stay cleaning. Internet connection via 4G box.

Les ++++ :
Gite 4 personnes confortable et aménagé avec goût. Grande terrasse surplombant la vallée et la ville de Labatie d'Andaure. Grand séjour avec portes fenetres en accès direct vers l'extérieur. Chambres de bonnes dimensions avec literie haute qualité. Salle de douche lumineuse et pratique. Piscine avec transats.Quelques remarques :
Escalier vers les 2 chambres abrupte avec risque de percuter le plafond en descente. Lave-vaiselle de petite capacité, insuffisant pour 4 personnes.- Cleanliness

Concernant l'escalier, nous avons fait avec les contraintes de la bâtisse, il en va de même pour le lave-vaisselle 45 cm 10 couverts qui correspond à un usage pour quatre personnes

Aragon Gîte parfait
Le gîte est situé dans un endroit calme et reposant. La vue de la terrasse panoramique est splendide. Il propose tout le confort pour y séjourner sans problèmes. Une délicate attention nous attendait dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Nous avons fait connaissance avec la propriétaire très sympathique.

Les propriétaires sont accueillants et reactifs aux demandes. Une petite bouteille nous attendait au frigo, merci.
Le gîte est moderne, l'isolation conforme aux normes actuelles ce qui offre un confort non négligeable.
Surtout avec une petite flambée.
La finition est professionnelle et de qualité.
La décoration est agréable.
Le calme est exceptionnelle.
La vue est magnifique depuis la terrasse, tant de jour sur la vallée, que de nuit sur la voie lactée.
L'extérieur est végételalisé et entretenu.
Les commerces à proximité et une boulangerie exceptionnelle à Desaignes et son cake aux châtaignes. Des randonnées sont possibles à proximité, entre-autres les ruines de Rochebloine.
