In the heart of an authentic 17th-century building, the Holiday cottage La Font Vive opens its doors to you for a timeless interlude between the freshness of old stones and the gentleness of vacations in the Ardèche.

Set on the first floor of the owner's house, it has preserved all the charm of the past, with its exposed stone walls, vaulted rooms and warm terracotta floor tiles in the living room.

The vast, light-filled living room features a kitchen and a pleasant dining area, with direct access to the terrace to take full advantage of the fine weather.
A second room, under a superb stone vault, houses the living room with TV sofa. In summer, this room stays naturally cool and becomes an ideal refuge after a day in the sun.

The Holiday cottage has two large interconnecting bedrooms. The 1st has a 140cm bed. The second, divided into two rooms, has 3 90cm beds and direct access to the terrace, perfect for a gentle start to the day. Large shower room with access to separate WC and laundry room.

Outside, a spacious covered terrace extends summer evenings around a shared meal. The enclosed, flower-filled garden invites you to relax with its garden furniture, barbecue and ping pong table for convivial family moments. Down below, on the shared grounds, young and old alike can enjoy a trampoline and slide.

Ideally located between Les Vans, Ruoms and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, the Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring the wonders of the southern Ardèche.
Just five minutes away, the Chassezac river awaits you for swimming, canoeing or picnics with your feet in the water. Around 25 minutes away, the famous Grotte Chauvet 2 replica plunges you into the magic of prehistory.
The "voie verte" cycle path is just 200m away, making it easy and safe to reach Ruoms or St Paul le Jeune.
