Come and recharge your batteries in a small hamlet typical of the Cévennes Ardéchoises, 5 minutes from river swimming and 10 minutes from Les Vans.
The 'La Fontaine' gîte is upstairs with independent access. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
1st floor: Living room with tastefully fitted kitchenette. Sitting area with sofa, TV, shower room, WC.
Upper level: open-plan bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
Electric and wood heating. Cot available on request. Washing machine shared with 2nd gîte.
Small terrace, unfenced grounds.
2 other gîtes are at the back of the hamlet where you can share the grounds. All sporting and leisure activities in Les Vans 6 km away. WIFI point at owner's home.

Norma 2 semaines de belles vacances
Bel accueil d’un hôte très agréable, charmante petite maison dans un hameau en pleine nature, belle plage de rivière pas loin, belles balades, le coin est magnifique, petites distances pour aller aux vans si besoin de quelque chose, bref nous recommandons

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien placé. A 6 minutes à pied de la rivière où on peut se baigner, pour profiter des randos et de l'environnement calme et en pleine nature. Au calme mais Les Vans est accessible à 5 minutes en voiture et 2 minutes du village de Chambonnas (super marché). Un environnement charmant et le gîte ainsi que le hameau est très bien entretenu avec du cachet. Jean Paul est très gentil est toujours disponible. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour et nous recommandons ce gîte avec grand plaisir !
