Inside, you'll enjoy a living room with a cosy sitting area and fireplace (a basket of wood is offered on arrival), a fully-equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a double bed and a relaxing reading area, complemented by an attic bedroom with two single beds, ideal for Kids.

Outside, a pleasant 20 m² covered terrace facing the sunset invites you to enjoy the mild summer evenings. The owner's swimming pool (shared by both Holiday cottages and the owner) is just 5 km away, as is the pool house with table soccer, walk-in shower and toilet.

In the surrounding area, discover the picturesque villages of Desaignes and Boucieu-le-Roi, stroll along the Dolce Via or enjoy the pleasures of the water at the Retourtour Lake or the Eyrium Base de loisirs.
