Just a few minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, close to the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche and the beautiful Gard town of Barjac, this detached villa is ideal for a vacation exploring the southern Ardèche. Many activities are possible in the vicinity of the Holiday cottage: Hiking, mountain biking, cultural visits to the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, canoeing - kayaking etc. In an environment of vineyards and olive groves, you'll find a few shops in the village of Vagnas, 600m from the Holiday cottage.
Perfect for recharging your batteries and getting some fresh air, you'll enjoy a lovely 1500m² outdoor space and a private swimming pool* secured by an alarm, on the gîte's terrace. You'll be able to take a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoy a meal or barbecue under the terrace, which is semi-shaded by a pergola. This Holiday cottage of 70m² is bright thanks to the bay windows in the living room. The living area features an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting area with sofa and TV, fully air-conditioned and equipped with a pellet stove (1st bag free). The sleeping area comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds (adjustable on request). A little extra: each bedroom has its own private bathroom with an Italian shower. Separate WC. Beds made on arrival. Possibility of bringing your pet (not entirely fenced in).
