Welcome to St-Agrève, a dynamic village in northern Ardèche appreciated for its shops, market and festivities (Equiblues, Oh Plateau, ...). The gîte is located on Mont Chiniac at an altitude of 1126m, the birthplace of the village, offering exceptional views of the plateau, the Monts d'Ardèche and even the Alps. Forests, lakes, rivers and meadows surround the village, enchanting nature lovers everywhere. Lac de Devesset, with its many activities (swimming, sailing, pedal boats, etc.) is 6 km away.

Stroll through the narrow streets of this historic neighborhood to reach this fully renovated stone property on a hillside. Parking is available in front of the gîte. From sunrise to sunset, you can enjoy an exceptional panorama from the wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, or from the small garden below.

The interior of the gîte is just as pleasant, with spacious, light-filled rooms and tasteful decor. On the main level (4 steps up from the entrance hall), a pleasant living room has been fitted out with sofas, library, TV and fireplace. Take a look at one of the cellars through the room's glass floor. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with a large central island and a table for 9. A wood-burning stove is available for cooking up a good old-fashioned meal. A checkroom, laundry room and WC are also located on this level. The 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of them have a 160cm bed and a private bathroom (with WC). Another room has a 140cm bed and a crib, and the last room has 3 single beds (90cm). This floor also features an independent shower room, WC and adjoining lounge.
