Two large tables provide space for all guests to gather, while the living room—enhanced by a central fireplace and a majestic glass wall opening onto the Ardèche countryside—offers a soothing view in every season.

Set on a 1.5-hectare property, each space has been carefully designed to offer a unique experience; a staircase and elevator provide access to the various outdoor levels. The Piscine, featuring an impressive 30-meter lap lane, promises long moments of relaxation, which can be extended at the pool house—equipped with a full kitchen—for sharing meals and summer evenings. The wellbeing area invites you to slow down with a jacuzzi, Sauna, and massage room where a therapist can be arranged upon request. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy a fully equipped fitness room with a rowing machine, exercise bike, treadmill, weight bench, and boxing area.

Socializing continues in the gaming room, where a pool table, foosball table, and pinball machine will delight guests of all ages. A spacious reception hall, equipped with modular furniture and audiovisual equipment, hosts everything from professional seminars to yoga and Pilates classes, as well as any other event requiring a dedicated space.
