La Ferme d'Edouard

La Ferme d'Édouard is a fully renovated 300 m² character house overlooking the Doux Valley. An exceptional place in Ardèche.

In the heart of Ardèche Verte & overlooking the Doux valley, La Ferme d'Edouard is an old Ardèche farmhouse, completely renovated in 2019 and tastefully decorated. With a surface area of 400m2, La Ferme d'Edouard offers high quality fittings and top-of-the-range services. On the first floor, you'll find a warm & spacious living room equipped with sofas, armchairs, TV, sound bar, table soccer and pinball machine. You'll marvel at the living room's large glass roof overlooking the Piscine and the mountains. The kitchen, with its central island, opens onto the living room and features a large dining table. On both floors of our accommodation, you'll find 8 bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200) that can be converted into two single beds, and a TV. Each room has its own private bathroom, with walk-in shower, washbasin and separate toilet. One of our rooms is equipped with a bathtub. You'll also enjoy a Wellbeing area with sauna and whirlpool bath. Outside: you'll love the large, secure, private swimming pool*, heated from mid-May to the end of September. There's also a magnificent pool-house with summer kitchen, barbecue and plancha, and a covered lounge area. Other amenities include a table tennis table and petanque court, a carport for cars and two-wheelers, and a socket for recharging electric vehicles. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. The Holiday cottage is heated entirely by geothermal energy, with underfloor cooling in all rooms. The private swimming pool is open from early May to late September, weather permitting.
