The Bed and breakfast is located in a small, isolated hamlet, where authenticity and nature meet. You're in Plats in the Nord Ardèche region, a breath of fresh air and a change of scenery, less than 10 km from the Rhône Valley. The ideal place to recharge your batteries, surrounded by the beauty of the Ardèche Countryside.

The Ferme Simondon bed and breakfast is suitable for 2 people. Located on the first floor of the owners' home, it has its own entrance. A cosy interior awaits you. After a day full of discoveries, enjoy a soft night's sleep in the 160 cm four-poster bed. The electric fireplace provides a warm ambience for autumn and winter evenings. Relaxation area in the bedroom with TV and armchair. The shower room with large walk-in shower opens onto the bedroom. The WC is closed.

Breakfast is served between 8:15 and 9:45 a.m., in the room or outside depending on the season. On the menu: bread, pastries, homemade jams, homemade yoghurt, seasonal fruit, all accompanied by your favorite hot drink.

During your stay, take advantage of the many activities on site: heated outdoor Piscine (depending on the season), play areas for young and old: pétanque pitch, trampoline, slide. Farm animals such as donkeys, sheep and chickens immerse you in the tranquility of the Countryside.

La Ferme de Simondon is also home to a campsite with around 30 Location pitches, three Holiday cottages and a restaurant, "Le Simondon", open evenings in summer and weekends out of season (please enquire in advance about opening times 04 69 24 14 27). A natural, relaxing getaway in the Ardèche.
