Close to the Parc Régional du Pilat and the Parc des Monts d'Ardèche, we welcome you to the Holiday cottages du Tilleul. The Holiday cottage "La Ferme" is a beautiful character cottage in our traditional 19th-century farmhouse. Independent access, large terrace, small shady garden area. It is laid out on 2 levels with a living room, integrated kitchenette, sitting area in front of the fireplace (wood: 5 euros), 1 bedroom, the "lavender" bedroom with private shower room (1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm Bunk beds), WC. Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and toilet: the "sapin" bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and the "coquelicot" bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. Beds made on arrival. The rooms are air-conditioned. Aerothermal heating. Wifi access. Nearby: Cinema, hot-air balloons, Museums, Peaugres Safari, Wine Route (Cornas, Crozes Hermitage, St Joseph). Owner lives next door. For WE bookings, arrival from 6:00 pm on Friday and departure before 6:00 pm on Sunday. From the beginning of October to the end of April, heating is included at 42 kw/h per day, and from the beginning of May to the end of September a daily charge of 8 kw/h for air conditioning is also included.
