La Feneire de Marthe is located in the heart of our property, next to our secure swimming pool, shared with our other holiday cottage.
You'll appreciate the cachet we've given to this old Feneire, which has been tastefully restored.
It comprises a living room with built-in kitchenette and sitting area with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, internet connection, pellet stove for your comfort in the half-seasons, (Bag 15 kg of pellets optional for €10 = 15 to 20h of heating) separate WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, bathroom with vanity unit and large shower.
Outside, large single-storey terrace with pergola overlooking a field of kiwis and the pine forest, small private garden.
Heating package subject to weather conditions at the beginning and end of the season.
Ideally located in the lower Ardèche, we're less than 25 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and close to many villages with character: Balazuc and its cliffs, Labeaume and its "Jardins suspendus", Joyeuse "Cité Médiévale" and its large Provencal Market, Vogué, les Vans, Largentière and so many others that you can discover...
Living on site in the main house, which also houses the second gîte 20 m away, we'll be delighted to share our Hiking itineraries with you, as well as our natural swimming spots and the best addresses in the Ardèche.
This Holiday cottage can be rented with Holiday cottage 134701 'Les Kiwis' for a total capacity of 8 people.
Piscine info: size 7.50x3.50 depth 1.10 to 1.70/chlorine - accessible from May to September, weather permitting (unheated) - fenced - to be shared with the 2nd gîte.
