La Closerie de Pradons

In the heart of southern Ardèche, La Closerie de Pradons is the ideal address for a vacation combining comfort, nature, sports, relaxation, culture and discovery.

This vast 123 m² Holiday cottage is immediately appealing, with its authentic Ruoms stone construction and warm, pleasant atmosphere all year round. Semi-detached from the owners' discreet, attentive home, it is set in a fully enclosed property, secured by an electric gate.

The outdoor area features a large shaded terrace and 1,100 m² of wooded grounds, including a swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests (heated or cooled depending on the season). The entire Holiday cottage and swimming pool are powered by solar panels, in an environmentally-friendly approach.

Inside, the Holiday cottage is arranged over 2 floors. Generous volumes and quality fittings create a welcoming and convivial atmosphere.
The living room is spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals. Three comfortable, tastefully decorated bedrooms are available, with one 160cm bed, one 140cm bed and two 90cm beds. The little extra: table soccer at the entrance to the Holiday cottage for relaxing moments.

The Holiday cottage is only a few meters from a mini-market and right next to the main road, making it easy to get around and visit the surrounding tourist attractions.
Despite this proximity, the Holiday cottage faces away from the road, guaranteeing a peaceful stay on the terrace, in the wooded grounds and by the Piscine. Double-glazed windows and underfloor air conditioning throughout the house ensure excellent acoustic comfort.

The Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d'Arc, the rivers, the villages of Balazuc and Labeaume and the local markets are all just a few minutes away.
