In a peaceful residential neighborhood, La Clef du Roux features a large, bright, air-conditioned living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area, opening onto the covered terrace thanks to large picture windows. The house has three bedrooms, one of which has a private shower room. Two bedrooms have a 140 cm bed, while the third has two 90 cm beds. An additional room, with a sofa bed, offers Kids a dedicated space to play freely. A shower room, separate toilet and laundry room complete the house's facilities.

In fine weather, the large garden becomes a real playground, ideal for a family game of soccer or table tennis. After all that effort, there's nothing like a convivial moment around a nice table on the covered terrace, enjoying the great outdoors.

Cyclists and Bikers will appreciate the enclosed garage, guaranteeing the safety of their equipment. The owners, who live next door, will be delighted to share their tips and itineraries for discovering the most beautiful rides on two wheels. The region boasts many routes suitable for cycling enthusiasts, including the ViaRhôna, the voie douce de la Payre and the Dolce Via, perfect for exploring the Ardèche countryside in complete peace of mind.

The Holiday cottage's privileged location makes it easy to explore the Ardèche from north to south. Make the most of a day of discovery with visits to the Peaugres Safari, the Ardèche Train, Mont Gerbier de Jonc and the spectacular Ardèche Gorges. Nearby, the characterful village of Saint-Vincent-de-Barres and the Château de Rochemaure are well worth a visit for an immersion in local history and heritage.
