With an exceptional view of the Ardèche river and the village of Sampzon, you'll have a wonderful stay in this pretty little Ardèche house for 2 adults.
It's the ideal place to discover the treasures of the southern Ardèche. 10kms from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the sublime Grotte Chauvet reconstruction.
Hiking enthusiasts can set off from the Holiday cottage on a variety of footpaths. And for a refreshing dip in the water, there's a wide choice of rivers and beaches in the area.
Enjoy the outdoors on one of the three covered terraces.
There's nothing better than breakfast overlooking the river!
You're sure to be seduced, like a parenthesis in time. Grab a book and relax in the sun or the shade of a tree.
This small, independent, typically Ardéchois Holiday cottage welcomes you on two levels accessed by an internal staircase (Japanese steps).
The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with shower and WC. The living room is cosy and warm, with a sofa, TV and a selection of books.
Downstairs, you'll find a fully renovated, functional kitchen and a vaulted stone room for further storage. The kitchen can also be accessed from outside the Holiday cottage.
Beds made on arrival and reversible air-conditioning in the bedroom.
Holiday cottage reserved exclusively for 2 adults. However, this Holiday cottage is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Additional service: electric car charging station available at the owner's home, 50m from the Holiday cottage. Rates and use to be arranged directly with the owner.

Ce gite est tout simplement extraordinaire : aucun vis à vis, une vue dégagée sur l’Ardèche et 3 terrasses toutes aussi bien les unes que les autres.
A l’intérieur, un coin salon très intimiste, une cuisine très bien équipée disposant d’une arrière salle très pratique. La chambre n’est pas en reste avec une literie de très bonne qualité.
Mention spéciale pour l’hôte qui s’est montrée disponible, discrète et arrangeante. Bravo pour ce gîte d’exception.

Un séjour absolument merveilleux ! La vue depuis le gîte est tout simplement exceptionnelle et invite à la détente à chaque instant. La maison en vieilles pierres a énormément de charme, alliant authenticité et confort parfait. Les trois terrasses, toutes plus belles les unes que les autres, permettent de profiter pleinement du cadre magnifique à toute heure de la journée. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les merveilles de l’Ardèche. Enfin, un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné. Une adresse que l’on recommande sans hésiter !
