With an exceptional view of the Ardèche river and the village of Sampzon, you'll have a wonderful stay in this pretty little Ardèche house for 2 adults.
An ideal location for discovering the treasures of the southern Ardèche. 5kms from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
If you're a keen hiker, you can set off from the gîte on foot along a variety of trails. And for a refreshing dip in the water, there's a wide choice of rivers and beaches in the area.
This small, independent, typically Ardéchois gîte welcomes you on two levels accessed by an internal staircase (Japanese steps).
You'll be able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to three terraces, one of which is covered. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with shower and WC. The living room is cosy and warm, with a sofa, TV and a selection of books. Downstairs, you'll find a fully renovated, functional kitchen and a vaulted stone room for further storage. The kitchen can also be accessed from outside the gîte.
For your comfort, the bed will be made on arrival and you will benefit from reversible air-conditioning.
This gîte is exclusively for 2 adults. However, this gîte is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Additional service: electric car charging station available at the owner's home, 50m from the gîte. Rates and use to be discussed directly with the owner.

Gite original, vue imprenable
5/5The gîte is situated at the top of a steep hill with an expansive view of the river valley. The three terraces allow for sunshine or shade at most times of the day. It is well equipped for self-catering and it is very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We loved the clever design of the house.
The description on the Gîtes de France website of an electric car charger is somewhat misleading, as the method of charging is via an extension cable from the owner’s house, not a fixed EV charger. There is a charger in the village, so this does not present a problem- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5C'est un petit coin de paradis qui vous attend au bout du chemin herbu et fleuri.
