Detached house with private swimming pool, a real little corner of paradise, very quiet and rejuvenating.
The Holiday cottage is an old chestnut drying shed, formerly known as La Clède.
Entirely restored with taste, it's not large but well appointed and equipped.
Relax on the lovely wooden terrace below the Holiday cottage and enjoy the private above-ground swimming pool (6x4m).
On the terrace of La Clède, in the shade of the Virginia creeper, under the wrought-iron arbour, you'll enjoy some convivial moments.
The location is also ideal for discovering our region: just 10 minutes from Aubenas and the Thermal baths of Vals les Bains (Casino, Cinema...), and close to villages full of character.
For the more sporty, Hiking through pine and chestnut trees from your accommodation!
Inside, on the ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen and small sitting area with sofa, shower room with toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed) with connecting door, and 1 sleeping area (2 single bunk beds).
Electric heating. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage and bicycle shed.

*PISCINE INFO: June to September, weather permitting (not heated) - 6m x 4m - 1m20 deep above-ground - chlorine/barrier with standard gate.
