Saint Germain is a perfect destination for those looking for tranquility yet close to iconic sites: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet-2 Ardèche, Vogüé, Labeaume classified villages.
We are easily accessible by car, with good access to the main roads of the Ardèche and only 35 minutes from the Rhône valley, which separates us from the Drôme provençale.

Our gîte is ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends wishing to relax and visit our region.
It is modern and fully equipped for your comfort. Heating included (electric and pellet stove).
You'll appreciate the terrace with pergola for your barbecue meals. The garden is small but pleasant, with a swing for young children.
The grounds are fully fenced and planted with trees.
The house is located in the heart of Saint-Germain, in a residential area. You can enjoy a game of pétanque on the village square (boules provided).

On the first floor, a bright, spacious living room with integrated kitchen and dining area (large flat-screen TV), living room with sofa, armchair, TV, wifi connection.
2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds), shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Upstairs, a master bedroom (140cm bed) with a bathroom area (vanity unit and toilet), and a large dressing room. This room is equipped with mobile air conditioning and a small desk.
Insect screens on all bedroom windows.
Carport, garage and storage room available. For sports enthusiasts, there's a small gym in the garage with weights.
We kindly ask our guests to refrain from smoking or vaping outside; ashtrays are available on the terrace.
