In the southern Cévennes, on the heights of Les Vans, the gîte "La Clairette" is a detached house on 2 levels with a large, fully enclosed plot of land, a covered terrace and a large garage, ideal for 2-wheelers. You're just 3 km from Les Vans (a pretty village with a southern accent and all amenities). Numerous hiking and mountain bike trails to discover this exceptional Ardèche. Sunny, peaceful setting. Large living room with integrated kitchenette, sitting area with two sofas and flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove (wood supplied), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (3 beds 90 including 2 bunk beds), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), bathroom, WC, electric heating. Cot and highchair available. Electric heating. Gas plancha/barbecue. Table soccer in large entrance hall. The living room windows are fitted with mosquito nets, as are the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Nearby attractions include the Bois de Païolive with its ruiniform rocks, the Chassezac gorges offering numerous bathing spots, and the characterful villages of Banne, Naves, Barjac, Thines... A great place to recharge your batteries!

Super séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire, très agréable et aux petits soins. La maison est spacieuse et bien confortable, très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous avons bien profité de la région, ma maison étant idéalement située, dans une petite ville avec toutes les commodités.

on est proche de Vallon Pont D'Arc
grande terrasse couverte où on peut manger a dix ou douze

4/5tout était bien sauf que lorsqu'on est arrivé la maison était très froide, il a fallu mettre les radiateur a fond pendant 2 jours du coup un surplus d'électricité, mais le reste était au top rien a redire

5/5SUPER VILLA , bel endroit pour passer une semaine confortable....grande surface de vie pour rendre l'instant encore plus agréable....un grand garage , bien utile ....nous avons passé un trés bon séjour sous le soleil ...ce qui ne gâche rien les propriétaires sont trés sympas...je recommande ce gîte sans probléme...MERCI
