You're in the village of Ardoix, 15 minutes from Annonay, 1 hour south of Lyon, and close to the Rhône Valley. Ideal location for exploring and discovering the jewels of Northern Ardèche (Train de l'Ardèche, Safari de Peaugres, Vallée de la Cance, etc.).

You'll be just as enchanted by the estate's exterior (to be shared): 5000 m² of manicured grounds, large 12x6m Piscine*, pool house, pétanque court, large terrace in the shade of a lime tree, as by the cosy interior of the Holiday cottage "Les Chevêches". The property has been lovingly renovated by the owners, who live on site.

This cosy cocoon for 2 people is on the 1st floor of the house, accessed via a staircase and shared corridor. This beautifully appointed apartment comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, sofa and TV, and an office area (WIFI connection included). Comfort and refinement await you in the bedroom with a 160cm bed. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and WC completes the property.
When you return from your excursions, take advantage of the relaxing setting of the estate on the shared terrace at the bottom of the Holiday cottage, with a table reserved for each accommodation, barbecue and plancha available.

For maximum comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, beds made on arrival and housekeeping included. A laundry room, bike room and relaxation room with sofa and board games are available to all guests.

The owners offer Saturday-to-Saturday stays in summer.
