You benefit from completely independent access and reserved, covered parking for your vehicle.
Our large, beautiful swimming pool in front of the apartment is at your disposal (we may be able to share it at certain times). Sunbathing around the Piscine.
Due to the immediate proximity of the Piscine, we don't accept more than 2 adults in our apartment.
For your meals, there's a shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
You can also relax in the outdoor lounge under the shady oak trees.
Inside, living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sitting area with electric sofa, flat-screen TV, Internet connection. Bedroom with double bed (140cm).
Bathroom with shower and vanity unit. Separate WC. Utility room. Air conditioning in the living room.
We're just 5 minutes from the sales agent's area, where you'll find all the shops you need. Aubenas is 10 minutes away, providing easy access to the lower Ardèche and the pretty villages of the Cévennes Ardéchoises.
Numerous cultural and leisure activities within a 20-minute radius.
