Your gîte is just a stone's throw from the center of Ruoms, in a stone house adjoining the owner's occasional vacation home.
So you can leave your car behind and set off on foot from the gîte to stroll through the village's shopping streets and sample local produce at the weekly Friday morning market. In July and August, a night market is held on Wednesday evenings.

The gîte has independent access, not overlooked by the adjoining accommodation. There's a terrace with a garden table for meals, and a large enclosed area where children can play in complete safety. A shelter for your car and two wheels is also available.

Located on the first floor, it is then on the same level.
It comprises a living room with kitchenette. Two bedrooms are very spacious, each with a double bed (140cm) and beautifully decorated in country-house style. The last bedroom has 2 90cm beds. Bathroom with bath and washing machine and separate WC.
Central heating (flat-rate 80 euros/week).
Cot and high chair available on request.

All shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and all sporting and cultural activities are nearby in Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc.
It's the ideal location for visiting the southern Ardèche and its major sites (Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche and the Ardèche gorges, Aven d'Orgnac, Château des Roure, the characterful villages of Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüé, Melvita natural cosmetics.... There are numerous markets all around with delicious local produce to sample.
