The location is calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, and well-situated for exploring the sites of the Ardèche, caves and castles....
It's a stone house, recently restored and fully air-conditioned.
You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.
The gîte doesn't have its own plot of land, but you'll love the terrace with its beautiful view over the green countryside.
An enclosed room with laundry facilities provides a safe place to store your bicycles.
The gîte is attached to the owners' house, but not overlooked, with completely independent access.
A few steps lead up to the gîte, and on the 1st level you'll find a spacious, light-filled living room with sitting area, dining area and fitted kitchen.
On the same level, you'll find a small bedroom with private shower room and toilet, equipped with 2 90cm beds.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with automated window roofs, one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds, shower room with wc.
The house is located in the heart of a hamlet, with public parking nearby.
For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival and towels provided.

You'll be close to Aubenas, the thermal baths and the casino at Vals-les-Bains. The famous Ardèche Gorges, Pont d'Arc and Grotte Chauvet-2 Ardèche are less than an hour away.
Sports enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing, caving, via ferrata...
You'll enjoy hiking in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, swimming in the many nearby rivers and discovering the picturesque villages of Jaujac, Antraigues sur Volane, Voguë and Largentière....
