The accommodation is spacious, bright and air-conditioned.
Ideally located on the heights of Ucel, just a few minutes from Aubenas, with nature and trees all around, all on a large plot of land!
The garden is a veritable paradise, with its beautiful Piscine* where you can bask in the sun.
Pines, olive trees, fig trees and flowers on all sides, plenty of little Hiking trails within easy walking distance.
You'll enjoy the calm and intimacy of the setting, the perfect place to recharge your batteries away from the hustle and bustle.

The house offers everything you could wish for a relaxing vacation.
Beautiful terrace in the shade of mulberry trees with a superb view. You'll feel right at home here, enjoying summertime moments with family and friends around the brazier.
Plenty of games: molkky, table tennis, pétanque... Kids will be delighted.

A really pleasant, comfortable house on 3 levels (not suitable for PRM).
Ground floor: living room with direct access to the terrace, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, dining table and high chairs, bedroom (160cm bed and TV), bathroom with toilet.
From the living room, you'll access a 2nd bedroom with private shower room and wc, located on a lower level (160cm bed and possibility of additional bunk beds).
On the 1st floor, a 3rd bedroom (160cm bed, TV, sofa bed).
Wifi-fiber network, connected bedside tables, orange TV package, wood-burning stove (wood supplied on request, charge €1 per log).

There's plenty to discover in the area, including the medieval towns of Joyeuse and Largentière, Balazuc, Vogüé and Labeaume, as well as the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche gorges.
Activities include hiking, biking, canoeing, climbing and via ferrata....
