La Boucharde

In the heart of the Ardèche Plein Sud region, in the commune of Labeaume, in a quiet, natural setting halfway between the Ardèche Gorges and the Cévennes Ardéchoises, we welcome you all year round to La Boucharde, a recently built detached house that can accommodate up to 8 people.

Comfortable villa with private Piscine*, balneotherapy (4 massage jets), comprising on the first floor: independent covered entrance, large air-conditioned living room with fitted kitchen, TV, large sofa, 1bedroom (1 bed 160), 1bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room, WC, storeroom. Upstairs, 1bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room with WC. Holiday cottage with mosquito nets on all windows. Complete baby equipment. Covered terrace, wrought-iron garden furniture, sun loungers, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue.

Hiking from the gîte (dolmens, limestone cliffs, river 2.5 km away) and shops 3 km away. We'll be happy to advise you on how to discover the region and take advantage of its cultural, sporting and heritage assets (Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche...).

The ideal setting for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends, to relax by the Piscine and enjoy the relaxing effects of the balneo massage jets.

Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Take it easy in summer and enjoy Sunday arrivals and departures.

Piscine info: 4m x 8m, 1.40m deep, open from May to early October, weather permitting, equipped with electric/unheated/chlorine curtain.
