Welcome to the heart of this 13-hectare estate, an old farm nestled in the Countryside, 20 minutes from Tournon-sur-Rhône. You'll be staying in a family home with a large enclosed garden, terrace and private above-ground Piscine. Un 360° pleine nature.

In this 150 m² family home, a former barn, everything is designed for your Wellbeing. Comfort and conviviality are the watchwords of the Holiday cottage, with its vast, fully-equipped, independent kitchen and access to the covered terrace for lunch in the shade of the wisteria. The living room will charm you with its high ceilings and large library. It is furnished with sofa, armchairs, fireplace and TV.

On the night side, the first bedroom on the ground floor is adapted for people with reduced mobility, with an electric 160cm bed and private shower room. Upstairs, a through bedroom with Bunk beds (2 x 90), an air-conditioned bedroom with 160cm bed and a bathroom with shower, bath and WC. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC complete the ground floor.

The hens will be delighted to offer you their eggs. Beautiful walks and bike rides await you in the surrounding area. Catherine and Jacques will be delighted to welcome you, guide you in the discovery of this beautiful region and share their wine and gastronomic favorites.

The Ardèche Hermitage is full of treasures: the Ardèche train, the characterful village of Boucieu-le-Roi, and the renowned cellars of the Rhône Valley.
