Ideally located near Ruoms and the Ardèche gorges and the beautiful Chassezac and La Beaume rivers, where you can enjoy swimming or canoeing. Countryside and relaxing setting with plenty of sunshine. Unique caves to visit: l'Aven d'Orgnac and Marzal, la Madeleine... natural sites to discover: Le Bois de Païolive and its ruiniform rocks, dolmens... Villages with character to explore: Balazuc, Vogüé, Banne and Labeaume are all within easy walking distance.... Small, basic shops in the village, and numerous markets offering the scents of Provence. This gîte is on the ground floor of a house with a covered terrace. The equipment is brand new. It comprises a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with Italian shower, and a separate toilet. Electric heating, cot. Bed linen and towels are provided. Another gîte for 4 people is above. Private parking. The owner has other gîtes nearby. Shared grounds.

5/5Le gîte est idéalement situé car beaucoup de sentier à proximité,aux abords un point de vue sur le village emblématique de l'Ardèche j'ai nommé Labeaume et enfin les confluents de Labeaume, l'Ardèche et le chassezac

5/5Gîte fonctonnel, parfait pour 1 couple. Très bien situé, au calme au milieu des vignes. La propriétaire três accueillante, le Gîte est très bien équipé et très propre. Je recommande.
