Ideally located close to Ruoms and the Ardèche gorges and the beautiful Chassezac and La Beaume rivers, where you can enjoy swimming or canoeing.
Relaxing Countryside with plenty of sunshine!
Unique caves to visit: l'Aven d'Orgnac and Marzal, la Madeleine... natural sites to discover: Le Bois de Païolive and its ruiniform rocks, the dolmens... Characterful villages to stroll through: Balazuc, Vogüé, Banne and Labeaume are all within easy walking distance.... Small, basic shops in the village and numerous Provencal-scented Markets.
This Holiday cottage is on the ground floor of a Detached house, with a covered terrace. The equipment is brand new.
It comprises a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with Italian shower, and a separate toilet. Electric heating, baby bed.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Internet connection available in a room shared by all Holiday cottages, 100m away.
Another Holiday cottage for 4 people is above. Private parking. The owner has other Holiday cottages nearby. Shared grounds.

Superbe Séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte d'une propreté irréprochable. La propriétaire est très accueillante et vous montre tout le fonctionnement du gîte. Celui-ci très tranquille, avec une vue directe sur les vignes est très bien équipé et dispose d'une excellente literie. Malgré l'absence de clim, étant de plein pied, il reste relativement frais même en période de canicule. De plus avec de superbes villages (Labeaume à deux pas, Ruoms et l'Ardèche, Balazuc) il est idéalement placé. A recommander sans réserve.
