The La Bergerie gîte will win you over with its large, wooded, fenced park, perfect for your children to play in complete safety, your pet to run around outside without restraint, or simply for you to enjoy a relaxing break in the shade of the tall trees. There are plenty of games for young and old alike.

This detached house is spacious, bright and pleasant to live in. The gîte is on the first floor of the house, which is entirely private to the tenants.
The covered terrace overlooks the park and is ideal for breakfast or a meal together.

Access to the gîte is via outside stairs. Inside, you'll find a separate, well-equipped kitchen, a living room and separate toilet.
A special feature of this gîte: both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a double bed (140cm), while the second has 3 single beds (80x190cm), 2 of which can be converted into a single bed (160cm).
Baby equipment on request, central heating.

All amenities are in the immediate vicinity.
You can do your shopping on foot just across the street, and enjoy swimming in the Chassezac, the beautiful river that flows nearby. This river also offers other pleasures: canoeing/kayaking, paddle-boarding, rock-climbing on the cliffs overlooking it, and fishing. But the best way to discover this region and its exceptional heritage is on foot. There are many signposted paths that invite you to take a stroll. Take the time to stroll through the beautiful surrounding villages: Thines, Naves, Banne, Chambonas...
In the village of Les Vans, you'll find plenty of entertainment, small restaurants, a cinema and a lovely market.
