Welcome to Holiday cottage La Bergerie. In the heart of a preserved landscape, you'll stay in a place where comfort and authenticity meet. Ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the peace and quiet of the Ardèche.

The estate stretches over seven hectares at the edge of a wood and offers a peaceful and relaxing environment. You'll enjoy a vast shared park with a pétanque court, as well as the Château Rousset Holiday cottage. Vernoux en Vivarais is fifteen minutes away, with all the amenities of a lively village.

Inside, La Bergerie, renovated in 2020, harmoniously combines stone and wood to create a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor, the living area features a fully equipped kitchenette and lounge area with flat-screen TV (with Netflix and Amazon access), sofa and wood-burning stove. There's also a spacious shower room, separate toilet and small laundry room. Upstairs, a mansard-roofed mezzanine accommodates three single beds and leads to a bedroom with a double bed and separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with reversible air-conditioning for comfort in all seasons.

Outside, a twenty-one-square-meter private terrace invites you to enjoy the great outdoors. The estate is also ideal for picking seasonal fruits such as cherries, apples, figs, plums and chestnuts. A relaxation area with massages and sauna is available on request.

The surrounding area is full of character-filled villages such as Boucieu le Roi, Chalencon and Desaignes, where you can discover the region's natural heritage and handicrafts.
