La Bastide de Sagnes

The green, rolling countryside of central Ardèche is waiting to welcome you for a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Welcome to the Bastide de Sagnes gîte, in a secluded hamlet near Vernoux-en-Vivarais.

Recently renovated, this Holiday cottage offers a modern interior, a large terrace, a pleasant garden with a pétanque* court, and a soothing setting: the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends.

Just a 10-minute drive from the village, you arrive in this peaceful setting. The Holiday cottage occupies a wing of a family home. An outside staircase leads to the partially covered terrace, ideal for enjoying every moment, whatever the time of day.

The interior, laid out on two levels, combines comfort and modernity. On the first level, you'll find an air-conditioned living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a large convivial dining table, and a sitting area with television and TV box. A first bedroom is located on this level, as well as an independent bathroom with shower cubicle. On the upper floor, three bedrooms await you, two with their own private shower. All bedding is top-quality, with 160 cm beds. An attic toilet with washbasin completes this floor.

From the Holiday cottage, discover the treasures of the Ardèche. Vernoux-en-Vivarais is a lively village with a weekly Market, numerous shops, a lake for water sports and a municipal swimming pool. Nearby, explore the Eyrieux valley, with its Dolce Via, beaches, belvedere (St Michel de Chabrillanoux) and Museums.

Back at the Holiday cottage, a cellar is available for safe storage of your bikes.
The downstairs courtyard adjoins the Holiday cottage, where you can unload your luggage before parking your car in the garden below (hunting and kenneling facilities nearby).


Travel light: bathroom linen and towels are provided, with beds made on arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. (Baby bed and chair on request).
