La Bastide de la Breure Holiday cottage is housed in the stables of this fully renovated 18th century farmhouse. A real "coup de cœur", the ground floor features a pleasant living room with cathedral ceiling, fitted with a sitting area and equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, you'll find an attic living room, three pretty attic bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. From the meticulous decoration to the top-of-the-range bedding, you'll enjoy a comfortable stay with Housekeeping included, reversible air conditioning (living room and bedrooms) and even Netflix for your relaxing evenings. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

A superb terrace with summer kitchen and panoramic views awaits you for alfresco dining, although not attached to the house, it's just a few steps away as you walk around the building. The Piscine*, set in an enclosed garden below the property, is a haven of peace for relaxing moments. The owner, who lives on site, will make sure your stay is perfect.

You're in the heart of the Ardèche, a lively and exotic region. By bike on the Dolce Via (90km long soft path), on foot on the signposted footpaths, or by canoe on the Eyrieux, discover an unspoilt natural environment. Meet committed producers and passionate craftsmen in the small villages of this verdant valley. Don't forget to sample chestnuts, picodon, honey and other local specialities.

Bikes can be stored in a closed cellar.
