La Bastide

In the heart of the village of Pradons in the Ardèche, La Bastide welcomes you to an authentic building made of local stone dating back to 1760.
It offers the natural coolness of its thick walls during the summer and a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
Ideal for a couple with one or two young kids, this private retreat guarantees peace and tranquility.

Enjoy direct access to the greenway, and within a 10-minute walk, the river for swimming or canoeing, as well as a convenience store.
Discover the natural wonders of the Ardèche Gorges, admire the famous Pont d’Arc, explore the fascinating Chauvet 2 Cave, or stroll through the lively streets of Ruoms.
With charming villages, local markets, hiking trails, and breathtaking views, your vacation will feel like a true escape.

The holiday cottage is located in a small outbuilding on the property, fully enclosed by a stone wall, with a separate entrance and a private terrace perfect for your summer evenings.

The shared, fenced-in, and secure pool will offer you special moments of relaxation. Access is available from morning until 9:00 p.m.

On the ground floor, the living area combines a fully equipped kitchenette with a lounge and living space.
Upstairs, the open-concept mezzanine features a 160-cm bed and a child’s bed, as well as a small balcony. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Heating is provided by a pellet stove (pellets included), supplemented as needed by electric convection heaters.
Air conditioning in the bedroom.
All windows are equipped with screens and blackout shades for optimal comfort.

Private parking space on the gated property, with self-operated gate access.
You can store your bicycles in a secure, covered area, with electric charging available.
A washing machine dedicated to the holiday cottage is available outside.
Sheets and linens are included.
