La Bastide

In the heart of the village of Pradons in the Ardèche, La Bastide welcomes you in an authentic local stone building dating from 1760. It offers the natural coolness of its thick walls during the summer and a warm atmosphere conducive to rest. Ideal for a couple with one or two young Kids, this independent cocoon guarantees calm and serenity. Benefit from direct access to the voie verte, and less than 10min walk to the river for swimming or canoeing, as well as a mini-market.
Discover the natural wonders of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, admire the famous Pont d'Arc, explore the fascinating Grotte Chauvet 2 or stroll through the lively streets of Ruoms. Between characterful villages, local markets, Hiking and sublime panoramas, your vacation will take on an air of escape.

The Holiday cottage is located in a small outbuilding on the property, fully enclosed by a stone wall, with its own entrance and private terrace for summer evenings. The shared, fenced-in, secure swimming pool is ideal for relaxing. Access is free from morning until 9 p.m. On the ground floor, the living area combines a fully-equipped kitchenette with a sitting area and lounge. Upstairs, the unenclosed mezzanine accommodates a 160cm bed and a Kids' bed, as well as a small balcony. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Heating is provided by a pellet stove (available), supplemented by electric convectors if required. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens and blackout blinds for optimum comfort. Private parking space in the gated property, with free management of the gate.
Bicycles can be left in a secure, sheltered area, with electric recharging facilities. A washing machine dedicated to the Holiday cottage is accessible from the outside.
