Joannet

Le Gite de Joannet is located on the lower level of our house, and benefits from a completely independent access and terrace. We are the only inhabitants of the hamlet, so it's very quiet. Ideally located just 5 minutes from Lamastre, where you'll find all the shops you need, we're also well placed for hiking, mountain biking or cycle touring (we're at the heart of the famous Ardéchoise cycle race), and the Ardèche tourist train. Easy access to the Ardéchoise mountains - Saint Agrève - Saint Bonnet le Froid - Devesset (lake, windsurfing, restaurants).

Gite on raised first floor (a few steps to access the gite). Living room with well-equipped kitchenette and sitting area. From this room you have direct access to the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (lovely view over the valley). Large bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and cot, bathroom with large shower, vanity unit and WC. Bed linen and towels provided. Internet connection.
