On the heights of Saint-Sylvestre, in the heart of a quiet, peaceful hamlet, the Holiday cottage "Jappe le Vent" invites you to take a refreshing break, close to the Rhône Valley, Vernoux-en-Vivarais, Lamastre and Tournon-sur-Rhône.

Set out over two levels, the Holiday cottage is ideal for family vacations, couples or friends.

On the first floor, you'll find a pleasant living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and a sitting area with sofa and wall-mounted TV, a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, two attic bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements: one with a 180x200 bed that can be converted into two 90x200 beds, and the second with two 90x200 beds. Electric heating ensures comfort all year round. Wifi connection.

Outside, a small enclosed terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. This small hamlet also includes another Holiday cottage and two dwellings, including that of the owners. To take full advantage of the panoramic views and the peace and quiet, a space is reserved for you a little higher up, in the shade of a plane mulberry tree, with table and deckchairs. Ideal for a meal or a moment of reading. On a clear day, the view stretches as far as the Vercors and even Mont Blanc.

Situated at the crossroads of several territories, the Holiday cottage offers easy access to local markets, vineyards, hiking trails and the Ardèche countryside. Just 3 km away, the Duzon river offers swimming and trout fishing. The Ardèche train offers an original getaway.
