In the high Cévennes of the Ardèche, 13 km from Vals les Bains and benefiting from a good geographical location (halfway between the Ardèche plateau and the Gorges de l'Ardèche), stone house with 2 gîtes.
The Janivese gîte is upstairs and has independent access. It has a private, enclosed terrace to one side and a small balcony at the entrance. The 1st floor comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, a sitting area with TV and DVD player, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 interconnecting bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds. The house is heated by central heating. For your comfort, bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival. Cleaning at the end of your stay is the responsibility of the tenant. A private parking space is available in front of the house.
Ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. We produce chestnuts and honey and will be delighted to share our passion with you. You'll be able to visit many tourist sites as well as the many villages of character such as Antraigues (Jean Ferrat's village).

Romane Gîte confortable avec une très belle vue
Le gîte est conforme aux photos et à sa description. Très confortable et fonctionnel, il nous a permis de découvrir une très jolie région propice à la randonnée.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. La charmante boutique située au pied du gîte permet de découvrir les bons produits réalisés par leurs soins.

Sudistes Séjour fin août 25
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au gîte janivese, la belle vue des 2 terrasses et la découverte des villages et paysages aux alentours.
La propreté dépend de la bonne volonté des locataires précédents mais c'était correct pour un gîte rural.- Cleanliness

Assez difficile d accès mais jolie vue et calme, dommage qu on ai dû écourter le séjour suite problème de santé, passage aux urgences pour AIT et malheureusement pas pris assurance
