Between the Plateau Ardéchois and the Vallée de L'Eyrieux, breathe in the fresh air and discover the lush green landscapes of the Ardèche.

You're in the commune of Arcens, at an altitude of 645 m, at the foot of the volcanic peaks of Mont Mézenc and Mont Gerbier de Joncs. Come and recharge your batteries in this gîte in the hamlet of Issas, 500m from the village of Arcens, far from the hustle and bustle of the towns.

Issas 2 is a fully renovated gîte in a stone house, with another gîte and the owner's home. It has its own entrance and a pleasant private courtyard with flowers and garden furniture (approx. 30m²). A quiet, restful spot.

A staircase leads up to the 1st-floor gîte. The 45m² interior is simple and neat. The first room is a fitted kitchen with living room and TV. It leads to the two bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds and a desk, and the second with a 140cm bed and a sitting area (two armchairs and a coffee table). A bathroom with shower and WC completes the first floor. On the ground floor, you'll find a laundry room (washing machine, drying rack, sink, storage...) and a bicycle shed.
The owners are happy to share their environmental commitments with you: solar oven available, compost, aromatic plant area, bike repair kit.

Swimming is available in the vicinity of the gîte (in the village of Arcens, at St Martin de Valamas, at the Eyrium aquatic center, or at Lac de St-Martial), and there are numerous hiking and biking trails (with or without gradients along the Dolce Via greenway). For your shopping needs, basic grocery and bread stores in Arcens, or boutiques in Saint Martin de Valamas or Le Cheylard.

For your comfort, linen is provided (sheets, towels and table linen), and beds are made on arrival.
