Renovated 17th-century house. The gîte is on a raised ground floor (7 steps up) and comprises 3 areas on the ground floor: kitchen-dining-living room with TV, sofa bed. Separate toilet at entrance. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: the 1st with 2 beds (90) and the 2nd with 1 bed (140), small baby room with cot, bathroom. All windows fitted with mosquito nets. Electric heating.

For your comfort, linen is provided (sheets, towels and table linen), as well as hygiene and cleaning products.

Pleasant enclosed courtyard of approx. 50 m ², shaded by wisteria, with garden furniture and 12 m ² terrace shed adjoining the courtyard (bike storage possible). Table soccer available. Private parking for one vehicle available on the property.

Shops 6 km from St-Martin de Valamas, 15 km from Le Cheylard. Basic grocery and bread store in Arcens (500m), restaurant. You can enjoy supervised swimming at the Arcens village lake, at the Eyrium aquatic center in Le Cheylard or at Lac de St-Martial, 5km away. Hiking trails depart from Arcens. Cyclists will appreciate the gradients towards Mont Gerbier de Jonc and Mont Mézenc, as well as the gentle routes along the Dolce Via: 90 km of greenways from St Martin de Valamas, 6 km from the gîte. Bike rentals available.
