Ideally located on the heights of Ruoms, facing the church steeple and the Rocher de Sampzon, come and enjoy this pretty house with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the village and surrounding area from the veranda.
You're just a 400-meter walk from the village center, medical services and shops of all kinds, including supermarkets and restaurants. Put your car down and set off on foot to sample the local produce at the weekly Friday morning Market, or stroll through the Wednesday night market in summer. The Ardèche river, 800m away, is the starting point for canoeing.

The house has an enclosed, secure parking lot giving access to the independent entrance. You'll be able to make the most of your cocoon space, enjoy the covered terrace for barbecues and the private heated Piscine.
Arranged over 2 levels, the living space on the garden level is divided into several sections: an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a bright living room and a comfortable, high-quality lounge. There's a 1st family suite with a 160cm bed, a dressing area with 2 90cm Bunk beds (suitable for Kids) and a private bathroom with shower and bath. Separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 160cm bed, and another with 2 90cm beds. A bathroom with shower and WC is also available.

All rooms are equipped with reversible air-conditioning.
