We're in Ruoms, one of the biggest tourist towns in the Ardèche department: all shops, sports and leisure activities within a 15-minute radius. With the Chauvet II cave and the Ardèche Gorges nearby, this Holiday cottage is ideal for family reunions or vacations with friends. In the house, large fully-equipped kitchen, large air-conditioned living room with sitting area, 3 bedrooms (3 x 140cm beds, 1 with 1 additional 90cm bed), direct access to the covered terrace, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, view of the Piscine), bathroom with shower, separate WC, 2-seater sofa bed. Upstairs: 1 air-conditioned attic bedroom (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds 90 (trundle bed), shower room with WC. 2 terraces, one of which is covered. The covered terrace is ideal for meals together, with a gas plancha, and relaxation areas around the Piscine. Bed linen and towels available for hire. Water and heating included. Pets allowed. All amenities within walking distance: river, village center, greenway. 400 m from the start of a hiking trail, the "Cirque des gens", and the La Baume Grenas cave. Many pretty villages to visit within 5 to 15 kms, including Balazuc, Vogüé, Labeaume, and the famous Pont d'Arc. Numerous activities, canoeing, accrobranche, caves (Chauvet...), via ferrata; gastronomic and cultural discoveries.
