Let yourself be seduced by this property located in Ardèche Verte, in the village of Saint-Félicien, starting point of the famous Ardéchoise race.

In a remarkable natural setting, the building, adjacent to the owners' residence, faces the Ardèche hills. The enclosed garden offers total serenity and an inviting panorama. For your summer evenings, you can also enjoy the pleasant courtyard at the entrance to the Holiday cottage.
A ping-pong table, petanque pitch, trampoline and table soccer are available to relax and unwind after a day full of discoveries.

There's plenty to do in the surrounding area: Hiking, biking, cultural visits, villages of character such as Boucieu-le-Roi or Arlebosc, discovering the Ardèche Train, bicycling or swimming.

The house is accessed by a few steps from the courtyard. Completely renovated, the Holiday cottage offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a tasteful decor. It features a fully-equipped, independent kitchen (raclette, fondue, waffle iron, grill...), a convivial dining room and a separate living room with comfortable sofa and large TV. Wifi available.

On the night side, there are three bedrooms: two with 160 cm beds and one with two single beds (1 m x 2 m), equipped with a large chalkboard to stimulate Kids' imagination. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet complete the layout.

To fill your shopping basket, the Saint-Félicien farmers' markets are held on Fridays and Sundays.
All inclusive: Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, towels and housekeeping included. Baby equipment available on request.

A large swimming pool shared with the owners is under construction and will be available from June 13, 2026.

And last but not least, pets are welcome!
