Let yourself be charmed by this property located in the Ardèche Verte, in the village of Saint-Félicien, the starting point of the famous Ardéchoise.

Set in a stunning natural setting, the house, attached to the owners’ residence, overlooks the Ardèche hills. From the enclosed garden, the serenity is complete, and the panoramic view invites contemplation. For your summer evenings, you can also enjoy the pleasant courtyard located at the entrance to the holiday cottage.
A ping-pong table, pétanque court, trampoline, and foosball table are available for gathering and relaxing after days filled with exploration.

There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area: hiking or biking, cultural visits, charming villages like Boucieu-le-Roi or Arlebosc, exploring the Ardèche Train, rail biking, or swimming.

Access to the house is via a few steps from the courtyard. Fully renovated, the holiday cottage offers a warm atmosphere and tasteful decor. It features a fully equipped separate kitchen, designed for guests of all ages (with a raclette grill, fondue set, waffle maker, and toaster), a cozy dining room, and a separate living room with a comfortable sofa and a large TV. Wi-Fi is available.

For sleeping arrangements, there are three bedrooms: two with 160 cm beds and one with two single beds (1 m x 2 m), featuring a large chalkboard to spark kids’ imagination. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete the space.

To stock up on groceries, the farmers’ markets in Saint-Félicien are held on Fridays and Sundays.
The stay is all inclusive: bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, towels and housekeeping included. Baby equipment available upon request.

A large shared pool with the owners is currently under construction and will be available starting June 13, 2026.
