At the gateway to Vallon Pont d'Arc, its privileged Location gives you access to all amenities and activities! Ideal for wandering through the narrow streets of the village, strolling through the markets selling local produce...
The Ardèche will surprise you with its wonders to discover, and will delight lovers of heritage and outdoor activities.
You'll never be bored: visit the sublime recreation of the Grotte Chauvet, stroll through the cobbled streets of the characterful villages of Labeaume and Balazuc, canoe down the Ardèche Gorges, swim on the Pont d'Arc Beach and hike or mountain bike through the magnificent Ardèche countryside.

And when you return to the Holiday cottage, you'll find over 2,500 m² of grounds where you can play boules, swing, table tennis and various wooden games. And above all, a beautiful, secure swimming pool (12x6m) with relaxation area, to be shared with other Holiday cottage guests.
The owner, Pierre, will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay, and to answer any questions you may have.

Holiday cottage Yves is on the ground floor of the building. Crossing from the courtyard to the garden, it was renovated in 2024 and provides comfort for a pleasant stay for 2.
Enter on the courtyard side and enjoy a Klein blue living room. It includes a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, living room and lounge. Separate WC.
The bedroom has access to the garden and Piscine. It is equipped with a 160cm bed and storage space. Shower room with Italian shower.

Sheets can be rented for your stay at an additional cost.
