At the entrance to Vallon Pont d'Arc, its privileged Location gives you access to all amenities and activities! Ideal for strolling through the narrow streets of the village, strolling through the markets selling local produce...
Numerous sports and leisure activities await you not far from the Holiday cottage. The Ardèche will surprise you with its jewels!
For history and heritage lovers, the Grotte Chauvet reconstruction is a must, as is a stroll through the picturesque villages of Labeaume and Balazuc. Lovers of outdoor activities will also be delighted: canoeing in the Ardèche Gorges, Hiking or mountain biking through sublime landscapes...

Over 2,500 m² of grounds are available for games of boules, swings, table tennis and various wooden games. And above all, a beautiful secure swimming pool (12x6m) with relaxation area, to be shared with the other Holiday cottage guests.
The owner, Pierre, will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay, and to answer any questions you may have.

Holiday cottage Vincent is on the ground floor of the building. Renovated in 2024, it provides comfort for a pleasant stay for 2.
On the courtyard side, you enter the spacious bedroom, decorated in the colors of Van Gogh and equipped with a 140cm bed. Bathroom with shower and WC.
The living room opens onto the garden and Piscine. It includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living room and sitting room. There's also a private outdoor shaded area for meals and breakfast.

Sheets can be rented for your stay at an additional cost.
