Bringing together two charming houses, this hamlet can accommodate up to 10 people in a peaceful, authentic setting, ideal for a get-together with family or friends. In the heart of nature, with no direct neighbors, it offers privacy, comfort, a Piscine and a wood-heated Nordic bath with a view over the Doux valley and the bell tower of Labatie-d'Andaure. The two carefully renovated stone houses each offer warm, independent living spaces. Holiday cottage Fanny features a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Holiday cottage La Forge features a bright living room with wood-burning stove, built-in kitchen with central island, two comfortable bedrooms and a shared shower room. Three WCs complete the ensemble. The 3 hectares of hillside grounds invite you to relax and contemplate. Play areas, shady corners, terraces, a Piscine and a Nordic bath overlooking the valley create an unspoilt natural setting, where you can take the time to relax and enjoy yourself. From the hamlet, numerous signposted footpaths criss-cross the Ardèche mountains. Less than 15 km away, you'll find the medieval village of Desaignes, the markets of Lamastre, the Dolce Via cycling route, Lake Devesset, the Ardèche Train and the white waters of the Doux, a favorite with anglers.
