Looking for a peaceful getaway in the Ardèche? Discover our single-storey Holiday cottage in Balazuc, offering an exceptional setting combining charm, tranquillity and comfort (air conditioning in every room).

You'll enjoy a private swimming pool*, perfect for cooling off in the Ardèche sunshine; a pétanque court for sharing good times together; and a large covered terrace with a relaxing lounge for admiring the breathtaking panorama of the surrounding countryside.

The living room is bright and airy, with a sitting area featuring a connected TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). The 1st bedroom has a 160cm bed and a closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (90) or a double bed (180), and a dressing room. The last bedroom is a master suite with a 160cm bed, closet and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. From the French window, you can access the terrace overlooking the Piscine.
The main bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine is available, and baby equipment can be provided on request.

Wifi connection is included. You can park your car under the covered shelter equipped with an electric charging station. Beds made on arrival and towels provided.

This destination is perfect for those wishing to combine relaxation, adventure and cultural discovery. From the Holiday cottage, you can start Hiking, cycling on the "voie verte", canoeing and kayaking, or choose to explore the surrounding caves. For gourmets, the local markets are waiting to welcome you.
