Nestled in the heart of nature with a breathtaking view over the valley and surrounded by Mediterranean plantations, the Holiday cottage offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay. Located between Privas and Les Ollières, in Saint-Vincent-de-Durfort, "Les Balanges" is a haven of tranquility.

Set in an independent part of the owner's house, with its own access and private terrace, the Holiday cottage has two levels. On the ground floor, a large, bright air-conditioned room with bay windows comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and a sitting area with sofas and TV. A wifi connection is available. A shower room and separate toilet are also located on this level. A staircase leads to the night area. Here you'll find a bedroom with a 140cm bed, preceded by an air-conditioned through-bedroom opening onto the living room, equipped with two 90cm beds. In addition, a mezzanine (located directly at the top of the staircase) is equipped with another double bed. Enjoy convivial moments on the covered terrace, equipped with a table and electric plancha.
A ping-pong table and a real pétanque court are also available.
